Dr Kim Wyatt-Brooks is a chartered clinical psychologist with over 15 years of clinical experience, including working in CAMHS, adolescent inpatient units and within the private sector. In addition to clinical work, Kim provides supervision, consultation and training to other professionals.
Kim has a doctorate in Clinical Psychology from University College London (UCL), a master’s in psychodynamic psychotherapy (Goldsmiths Collage), and is a qualified systemic family practitioner (Kings College London). Kim also has specialist training in a range of therapeutic interventions including: Mentalization Based Therapy (MBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).
Kim works with children and adults of all ages – but her real passion is working with adolescents and young adults who struggle to manage their emotions.
Kim is passionate about her work and committed to the brave, resourceful, talented young people with whom she works. Kim believes that everyone has the capacity to change – to recover – and to create a rich, meaningful, fulfilling, ‘life worth living’. Her goal is to help her clients realise that potential.
