10 years experience working with children and adolescent mental health. Current NHS post working at Tavistock and Portman NHS Trust. Previously with Marlborough Family Therapy Centre, Camden and Islington NHS Trust and South London and Maudsley NHS trust.

Experienced in work with anxiety, low mood, OCD, ADHD, anger and behavioural difficulties. Supporting parents with young children’s difficulties with eating, sleeping, toileting. Specialist experience working with children and adolescents with neurodevelopmental disorders and disabilities including autism, learning disabilities, learning difficulties (e.g developmental reading disorder/dyslexia). Trained in ASD diagnostic assessment including ADOS and ADI. Skilled in neuropsychological/ cognitive assessment. Experience in school consultation and educational support.

Therapeutic approaches including CBT, narrative and solution focused therapies, positive behaviour support, non violent resistance approach for challenging behaviours, mentalisation based approaches, video interactive feedback to promote positive parenting (vipp).
