Vicky Illingworth

Vicky is a Clinical Psychologist experienced in supporting young people and families with a range of difficulties. She has worked in various community settings including currently at the Tavistock an Portman NHS Foundation Trust.

Vicky takes a collaborative approach and is trained in a range of therapies including Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Mentalisation Based Therapy (MBT), Non Violent Resistance and Video Interactive Positive Parenting (VIPP-SD).

She has worked extensively with children and young adults with neurodevelopmental differences such as ASD, ADHD and learning difficulties and is passionate about inclusion. Vicky is able to offer cognitive assessment to identify overall learning needs or specific difficulties such as dyslexia.

She holds a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology and a Post Graduate Diploma in Paediatric Neuropsychology from University College London and is a HCPC registered practitioner psychologist.
