I am a Psychotherapist working with Children, Young People and Families. My work is conducted within Charitable, Educational, NHS, Local Authority and Community sectors; the themes addressed including but not limited to: Offending behaviours, Gangs, Violence, Substance Misuse, Addiction, Trauma, Child Sexual Exploitation, Radicalisation, Sexual Abuse, Self-Harm, Suicidality, Depression, Anxiety, Bereavement, Attachment, Personality Disorder, Neuro Diversity, Gender Identity, Sexuality, Eating Disorders, Bullying and Racial, Cultural and/or Religious diversity.
In addition to my direct clinical work, I also offer supervision and work discussion groups to the various teams I work alongside, including Youth Offending Teams, Accelerated Support Teams and Educational Teams.
I obtained a master’s degree in Psychological Therapies with Children, Young People and Families at the Tavistock and Portman NHS Foundation Trust before moving on to specialise in Forensic Psychotherapy at the Portman Clinic, where I am currently an associate psychotherapist, working with adult offenders.
I also hold a Post Graduate Diploma in Working with Children, Young People and Families: A Psychoanalytic Observational Approach from the Tavistock and Portman NHS Foundation Trust, together with a Post Graduate Certificate in Integrative Child Psychotherapy and a Post Graduate Certificate in the Therapeutic Arts from the Institute of Arts and Therapy and Education.
I am a member of the British Psychoanalytic Council and the Tavistock Society of Psychotherapists.
